There were a number of things mentioned in the vid that I found interesting. They are as follows:
1. 6000 applicants from all over the world.
2. They expect to have 1 "very experienced" drver in one car.
3. They expect to have a rolling chassis in October.
4. The car's livery will depend on the sponsors and not necessarily red, white, and blue. That God.
5. They expect to be in a state-of-the-art dedicated F1 facility in five years or so. So, they are in this for the long term.
6. Hurley is an owner investor, not a sponsor.
7. Hurley plans to maximize "new media" opportunities.
8. Hurley finds the criticism and skepticism amusing and explains it by saying that the critics are using "old assumptions".
They seem to be serious and aware of the difficulty of being successful in F1, but they seem to understand that success is a long journey that some never complete.
