It certainly fits all of the the parameters that have been stated.
ie in excess of 600 acres, location is also compliant with details released.
It looks very much like an ideal location,close to airport, close to whilst not intruding on the city itself.
Good existing road access,and close to major road routes.
Looks like suspect number one.
